Structural steel fabrication is the framework of our daily lives, from industrial hoppers, API Storage Tanks, Steel Moulds and Various Steel Structures to petroleum tanks – access ladders and stairs to utility water towers and tanks. NBTC has spent more than 70 years fabricating steel structures and their essential support systems and components.

Our 10,000 m² high-bay complex is engineered for high-volume execution. The layout optimizes material flow, featuring high ceilings for large-scale modular assemblies and comprehensive lifting infrastructure.

  • Overhead Lifting: 2x 16-Ton and 3x 5-Ton EOT Cranes covering the production floor.
  • Yard & Logistics: 5-acre marshaling yard for storage, trial assemblies, and staging.
  • Heavy Loading: Supported by a 1x 35-Ton Mobile Gantry Crane for seamless heavy-haul loading.
2. Automated Structural Steel Processing

We utilize a fully automated manufacturing line optimized for structural steel, ensuring strict dimensional accuracy and precision engineering.

  • Automated Line: Chain-driven system with motorized roller beds for continuous feeding.
  • Precision Cutting: Dual high-capacity band saws and thermal cutting for millimetric accuracy.
  • Welding: Certified welders (ASME/AWS) proficient in SMAW, MIG, and TIG processes.
  • Workflow: Automated transfer systems move sections to bundling zones, reducing handling time.
3. Multi-Metallurgy Capabilities

We fabricate diverse metallurgies for heavy industrial and architectural use, maintaining strict material traceability from mill to finish.

  • Carbon Steel (CS): Expertise with structural grades (S275, S355, A36) for frameworks and skids.
  • Specialized Alloys: Dedicated protocols and clean zones for Stainless Steel (SS) and Aluminum.
  • Coated Steel: Handling of pre-galvanized materials and preparation for hot-dip galvanizing.
4. Fabrication Services & Applications

We manage the complete fabrication lifecycle, from raw plate processing to final site installation.
