SPECIAL METAL FABRICATION

Loss due to Wear factors is the most common Problem faced by the Industries, especially the construction Industries. The nature of the Material which is being handled in the industry makes it prone for higher wear rates due to abrasion combined with corrosion. Unlike petrochemical industries, abrasion is the most common wear factor which can be combated with harder material, thereby prolonging the life of the component. Working on harder material is a tough task and needs special skill/technique. With this unique technique, we provide decorative as well as technically equipped Stainless Steel fabrication solutions to the wear prone industries such as Ready Mix Concrete, Oil & gas, shopping malls Interior, High Rise Towers Utility Equipment, and Various Other Sheet Metal & Fitting Services.

PROTECTIVE PAINT SYSTEMS
The method of application and the conditions under which paints are applied have a significant effect on the quality and durability of the coating. Standard methods used to apply paints to structural steelwork include application by brush, roller, conventional air spray and airless spray. NBTC uses spray application method in which the paint is atomised into fine droplets and projected onto the surface tobe protected where the droplets join together to form a continuous film. The atomisation can be accomplished in a
number of ways. Each of these inhibitive pigments can be incorporated into a range of binder resins giving, for example, zinc phosphate alkyd primers, zinc phosphate epoxy primers, zinc phosphate acrylated rubber primers, etc. Undercoats (intermediate coats) and finish coats are usually classified according to their binders, e.g. epoxies, vinyls, urethanes, etc. Many proprietary prefabrication primers are available but they can be classified under the following main generic types: etch primers, epoxy primers, zinc epoxy primers, zinc silicate primers.
