Our Manufacturing Capabilities

Structural Steel Works: Fabrication of beams, trusses, portal frames, and pipe racks. (Key Achievement: Supplied >3000MT of Embedded Plates to NFE/NFS projects).
Plate & Tank Fabrication: Heavy plate bending, rolling, and cutting. We manufacture pressure vessels, storage tanks, silos, and chutes.
Pipe Fabrication: Complete pipe spooling, process pipelines, and support systems.
Industrial Skids & Equipment: Modular assemblies, machine bases, jigs, fixtures, and specialist mould fabrication.
Welding & Finishing: Certified MIG, TIG, and Arc welding (MS/SS). Services include blasting, galvanizing, and powder coating.

Working with technical inspectors from Bureau Veritas, TUV & ABS we have created a robust Welding Procedure Specification and set of shop procedures as per the Global Standards.
